Community spirit is alive and well
Coopers were proud to support the recent Bradley Marathon and Fun Run to help raise funds for Help For Heroes and the Wilkinson Primary School.
Local events such as this are vital in helping to foster a sense of community spirit many believe has long since departed this great nation of ours. The Bradley Marathon and Fun Run is an annual event that brings the local community together in raising money not just for national charities such as Help For Heroes but also on a regional level. In this case the Wilkinson Primary School in Bradley.
Thanks to the generosity of the people and businesses in the area the organisers managed to raise over £2,100 through the event.
As a long standing advocate of putting something back into the community in which it operates, Cooper Group were more than happy to be a part of this event and show their support.
Special praise must go out to Tom Fellows and Pete Henderson for organising another successful event and they can be proud that all their hard work paid off.
