     Title: Cooper Group Eyes Asian Expansion

Auto Expo 2010 in New Delhi, India provided Cooper Group with a launchpad to expand operations into Asia and help it's UK customers in doing so!

With Christmas barely out of the way Cooper Group hit the ground in 2010 running and were swiflty off to India as part of a trade mission in association with the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, UK Trade & Investment and the SMMT.

The destination? Auto Expo 2010, one of the largest automotive industry shows in Asia, held bi-annually at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre in New Delhi. The show itself covers all aspects of the automotive industry from cars, motor bikes and commercial vehicles to components, engineering and distribution. The week long show has in excess of 1.6 million visitors and has a prestigious list of exhibitors; BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Renault, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Volvo and local manufacturers such as Tata, Ashok Leyland and Eicher all have a strong presence.

The purpose? Since launching in 2008, Cooper Group's online sales and auction division Munie.com have been attracting a wide range of enquiries and customers from India and Asia.
