Cooper Group UK offer Competitive Hire rates for our full range of Municipal Vehicles from 7.5t GVW up to 32t GVW Equipment.

We are able to offer short term Spot Hire Rates or Longer Term Contract Hire Packages depending on the customer’s needs and requirements.

Our standard hire rates include the following terms & conditions:-


  • 6-Weekly Inspections
  • Annual MOT (Cover Vehicle Supplied)
  • Annual LOLER Certification
  • Annual Road Fund Licence
  • Breakdown Cover
  • Replacement Tyres (For General Wear & Tear)


  • Collection / Delivery Fees
  • Standard Daily Driver Checks
  • Vehicle Insurance
  • Replacement Tyres (For Punctures, Damage, Misuse or Abuse)
  • Repairs for Damage (Accident, Misuse or Abuse)

All hire vehicles are subject to On and Off Hire Inspections. Any damage or recharge items are then identified and signed for before the vehicle is returned to our Workshops. All Accident & Repair work is carried out by CMS Hire Limited
